These terms govern the use of the site pattagonia.it.com and sales concluded with Pattagonia. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the site.
2. User Account and Obligations
No account is required to place an order. You can purchase as a guest. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
The following are prohibited: any attempt at unauthorized access to the site or its servers, any fraudulent use of the site, any unauthorized reproduction of content, and any circumvention of security measures.
3. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing
Product descriptions are provided for information purposes and may be changed without notice. Photographs are as accurate as possible but do not constitute a contractual guarantee of exact rendering. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed, denominated in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct a manifest pricing error before shipping; in that case, you are informed and may cancel the order at no cost.
VAT and taxes: Pattagonia does not charge sales tax. No VAT amount is added at checkout.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is due when the order is confirmed. All payments are secured by SSL encryption. No hidden fees are applied: the amount shown at checkout is the total amount due.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to mainland France is free and estimated at 3 to 5 business days by the carrier. The total estimated time is 4 to 7 business days. The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (CEST). Transit times are indicative and not guaranteed. Tracking is sent by email upon shipment. See the Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days, for unused items in their original packaging. Returns are free, with no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receipt, then credited within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Direct exchanges are not offered. 7. Intellectual Property
All site content — text, visuals, logos, layout, code — is the property of Pattagonia or its licensors. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The site is provided “as is.” Pattagonia does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the complete absence of errors. Our liability cannot be engaged beyond the amount of the order concerned, except where otherwise required by law. We make no absolute promise regarding delivery times, which depend on the carrier.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by contacting [email protected]. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
Pattagonia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The terms applicable to an order are those in force when that order is confirmed. Any substantial change is flagged on this page with an update to the date at the top of the document.
