General Principle
Pattagonia offers free returns within 30 days. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or item, we invite you to return the item using the procedure below and then place a new order: this route is faster and guarantees the availability of the item you want.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, a return must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, with any tags and accessories.
- The return is made within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

No restocking fee, no re-shelving fee, and no handling fee are applied, regardless of the reason.
Return Procedure
- Write to [email protected] stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- You receive a prepaid return label to print within 2 business days, along with drop-off instructions.
- Drop the parcel at the indicated drop-off point within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Once the parcel is received and inspected, we confirm acceptance of the return by email.

This address is also used for all postal correspondence. The prepaid label you receive automatically shows this address.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the return and verification of its condition, the refund is processed within 1 to 2 business days. The amount is then credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s or PayPal’s processing times. The refund covers the item price; original shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of a defective item or our error.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned: worn or washed items, items damaged by the customer, items without original packaging. If in doubt, contact us before sending your return.
